Meet InXpress franchisee, Rachel Howe. This time last year, she’d embarked on a new venture.

This is an exception, though, not the norm because you’ll be connecting customers with our trusted carrier partners, who will collect and deliver parcels.
Back to Rachel…
Within five months of starting her business, Rachel was joined by Mark. He wasn’t due to join until later based on their business plan, but InXpress Manchester Central was growing much quicker than they’d expected.
Then they employed Isabella, part-time, to focus on Customer Service.
And her customers are very happy:
